Each day will involve resting and meditating together; psychological and emotional integration; shadow work; and the discovering together of a freedom that is always, already present. Come join a group of like-minded fellow travelers as we explore the mysteries of falling in love with where we are: mindfulness, self-compassion, healing, and forgiveness, all within a safe, alive, and provocative relational field.
Each day will involve six hours of teaching, meditation, and discussion, home-cooked organic food (special diets welcome!), and lots of time to spend in nature as well as connecting with others drawn to living a life of deeper freedom, connection, meaning, and aliveness.
