It’s no secret that we are living in unprecedented times. It can feel as if the center has fallen away, as the pace of life accelerates beyond what our nervous systems were ever designed to bear.
For many of us, it’s as though a slow, steady drip of collective stress – cortisol, adrenaline, ambient grief – is entering our tender bodies and hearts, leaving us raw, anxious, or just overwhelmed and unsure about the future.
The high levels of arousal moving through the collective right now are not just “out there” – they take up residence in psyche and soma, and especially in our relationships with one another. There’s a longing that many are feeling: for connection, for safety, for solid ground beneath our feet.
For a healing and spiritual path that honors the role of the body and our emotional lives, our relationships, and the importance of shadow and psychotherapeutic work.
As open, sensitive human beings, we are wired to connect, to love and be loved, to heal and make the journey together.
I want to welcome you to A Healing Space, a unique group and community – and supportive holding environment – for inner work and spiritual companionship. A sanctuary for the heart to be held and unfold.
If you feel drawn to join us in the exploration of an embodied, relational path of healing and spiritual inquiry – that honors the wisdom streams of depth psychotherapy and the world’s great contemplative traditions – I invite you and welcome you here.
