New spiritual/ therapy group starting in Boulder
Starting this spring, I'll be facilitating a therapy group for those interested in working with both psychological and contemplative approaches to emotional healing and spiritual awakening. Drawing on both therapeutic and spiritual methods, we'll explore the practice of embodiment, intimacy and vulnerability, the journey of opening of the heart, and turning toward difficult emotions and experiences as a pathway to liberation. Our work together will take place in a very safe, yet provocative holding space from which we can discover what it means to live a life of true freedom and aliveness.
The group will meet one evening per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays, TBD), from 7-9pm, for 6-8 weeks to start, after which time we'll explore a more ongoing commitment to working together. The location has not yet been determined, but will be in the Boulder area. Due to the intimate nature of the group, it will be limited to 10 participants, at least to start. It is possible we will be able to add additional members over time.
If you're interested, please send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a short letter of intent, stating your experience in therapy and/or in spiritual work, and your interest in participating in a group of this kind. If you're a current client of mine, please write to me directly – no need to create a letter of intent. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have. Thank you.
