No ordinary air
As you sink into the core of what you are – descending underneath the archaic trance that something is wrong with you – open to the breath as it moves in and out of your lungs.
Allow your entire being to be infused with the commitment to no longer abandon the aliveness of your present, embodied experience, exactly as it is. Trust in the fires of integration.
As things settle inside and around you, another substance emerges, this one passing in and out of the center of your heart. But this is no ordinary air. It is love. Come to burn away everything that remains less than whole within you.
Sent by the beloved to end one world so that another may begin.
