A vessel of presence for all beings

The next time you become aware that you are complaining about someone in your life, pause, send your sacred awareness underneath the very compelling storyline, and into the very center of whatever feeling or emotion is there. Stay close. For you need yourself now more than ever.

See that it is an outrageous act of self-love to descend into the core of your body, out of the spinning narrative, and back to yourself. Your torso is aglow with sacred data for your journey, and is a portal of unimaginable presence.

As you give yourself this gift of radical self-compassion, you can ask: what is it that I need right now? What is it that I am longing to provide for myself? What have I abandoned in myself? What is being asked to be met, right here and right now, with a storm of lovingkindness?

In the intention to not fall into the habitual neural groove of complaint – which is yet another vehicle of self-abandonment – you plant seeds of love in your nervous system, which with the water of self-care, will lay down new pathways within you.

Through this holy aspiration, you come back into your power and step back into the reality that you are a warrior of love, come here not only to heal yourself but to be a vessel of presence and transmutation for all beings.
