It's okay to feel sad

It's okay to feel sad – for waves of loneliness, fear, confusion, and uncertainty to wash through. Old dreams are falling away so that new forms of love and creativity may unfold within.

The travelers of presence are all around you, waves longing to reach the shore of loving awareness. It is only in the abandonment of pieces of the heart that suffering can take root here.

In any now moment, the invitation is given to honor the commitment to radical self-care, and to take space, sanctuary, and kindness as your objects of meditation. For it is through this that a revolution will be ignited.

Each guest of the heart is light in disguise, though some may appear wild, fierce, and wrathful. If you will hold them, provide safe passage, and call off the war, they will illuminate in the ocean of pure being.
