The gift of pure rest

No matter how things are unfolding for you at this time, you can receive the secret transmission of the stars, the sun, and the moon: everything here is path, nothing is out of place, and no mistake has been made.

Though it may appear otherwise, you are not broken and are not in need of fixing. All of the old beliefs and ideas are being re-wired, your heart is being illuminated from the inside out, and waves of wholeness, cohesion, integration are washing through your body. There is a sense that nothing will be the same again, and this is both exhilarating and terrifying simultaneously. Practice radical compassion and provide a holding space for all of the contradictory feelings. Today may not be a day for answers, but only for touching the immensity and preciousness of the questions – and for staying close to the movement of the unknown, which is none other than your true nature.

Even if for just one radiant here and now moment, receive the invitation of the beloved one inside your heart: set aside the weary path of needing to change, to transform, to heal, to awaken, to be more spiritual, to be a better person, to accept everything, and to hold it all together. For just one holy instant, give yourself the gift of pure rest. You are always, already, fully here; you need not postpone your complete participation in life for another moment. There is no grace or aliveness coming in the future. There is only now.

As you sink into the core of what you are, open to the breath as it moves in and out of your lungs. Allow your entire being to be infused with your commitment to self-kindness and to no longer abandon the wisdom-field of your present somatic experience, exactly as it is.

As things settle inside and around you, you may start to sense the movement of another substance within you, passing in and out of your heart. But somehow you sense that this is no ordinary air. It is love. Come to end one world and to begin another, crafting you as a pure, translucent vessel for the re-orienting activity of the beloved as she moves in this rare environment of time and space.
