Rest in the majesty of what you are

Something has shifted, but it is unclear just what that is. You are being asked to practice the yogas of a broken-open heart, of separation and union, and those of tender vulnerability – but these are yogas the mind will never understand.

At times, you may find yourself emerged in the archaic journey of death and rebirth, but with no reference point you can look back on in order to make sense of what is happening. Yes, something has died, that is clear; but what is being reborn in its place is not yet known. Burn up in the middle and receive the illumination of primordial integration.

Stay in the unknown, for now, where the mandala of wisdom and confusion are one, arising in the radiant here and now to shower upon you the reality of your own wholeness. From the perspective of confused mind, groundlessness is terrifying; honor the call to seek safe passage and something to hold onto. Practice radical self-care and stay close to your somatic unfolding.

From the perspective of the mandala of the beloved, however, groundlessness and enlightenment are one, co-arising as the translucent movement of open awareness. Love is everywhere, though may come in disguise in order to reveal its actual nature. It is through kindness and loving attunement to yourself, the colors, the sounds, and the body of the beloved in all her forms that a holding space will appear for you to rest in the majesty of what you are.
